A Momentous Occasion

Today I went to the Fish Market in Palo Alto for the first time. Grandpa said this should be the happiest day of my life ... well next to having mommy and daddy hold me for the first time that is. This restauraunt is his alltime favorite! I can tell grandpa loves me very much!!

Mommy and daddy threw a little shingig to show me off to some of our family and friends. I was truly the Life of the Party and fulfilled my role as expected.

Dear Sweet Pea Chloe! Today you are 10 months old. You are such a delightful child and all of our family and friends adore you. On Saturday we will have some of our friends and family officially welcome you at a backyard party. We are excited to show you off to those who have not met you yet.

Tonight when I came to check on you in your crib you were fast asleep. I thought to myself what a priviledge it is to care for you, to make sure you are OK, to console you when you need and to explore your new world with you. I think of how I missed out on the first eight months of your life and yet it seems as if you have really been with us all the time! Big brother Caleb and you seem to have hit it off and enjoy laughing and listening to music.

We are all blessed to be together!

Milestones

Chloe --our adorable girl you have been with us for one month now and we love you more and more each day. You are a happy, beautiful and smart girl. You are now crawling on your hands and knees, sitting up by yourself, eating solids, mimiking sounds and charming your way onto everyone's hearts. You are a precious gift from above and as your pediatrician claimed we have "hit the baby jackpot" with you.
