It's Official!

It's official! Chloe Lilang is a HUFFBABY! After waiting four hours in a hot and sweaty government office, two interviews and a visit to the local police office, we received Chloe's certificate of adoption. Its one of the most important steps toward Chloe's US Citizenship and our coming home. Though waiting in the swealtering offices was a bit uncomfortable, we were able to build our relationships with the other families in our group.
